Management of Deep Caries
The Challenge: A patient was referred after the primary clinician encountered difficulties with access and moisture control.
The Solution: Using special last-tooth-in-the-arch retraction and sectional matrix bands, the tooth was restored with composite under absolute isolation.
The Outcome: A functional, biomimetic restoration that respects the natural emergence. Returned to referring GDP.
Composite Bonding
The Challenge: A 33-year-old lady presented with concerns regarding the aging appearance of her smile and a history of frequent restorative fractures.
The Solution: We reconstructed the anterior dentition with composite bonding using a natural layering technique. By carefully mimicking the optical properties of natural enamel and dentine, we achieved a softer, natural aesthetic.
The Outcome: A natural, harmonious smile that restored the patient’s confidence.
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
The Challenge: A 67-year-old gentleman presented with a "failing dentition" characterized by multiple fractured restorations and recurrent clinical emergencies.
The Solution: By restoring the entire dentition with zirconia crowns, we were able to re-establish a stable occlusal relationship, protecting the underlying structures from further mechanical failure.
The Outcome: A significant aesthetic enhancement and, more importantly, a simplified, durable dentition.
Complex Endodontics
The Challenge: An over-extended root-treatment had failed and was causing persistent discomfort.
The Solution: Using an orthograde approach and high magnification, the offending material was removed and restored using bioceramic sealer and fibre post.
The Outcome: A 2-year follow-up radiograph demonstrates complete bone healing and total absence of clinical symptoms.
"I'm very impressed with the thoroughness of your examination and followup. The video gave me a new perspective not only of my teeth but of my relationship with them over the years."
